Third-Party Monitoring Services to UNHCR Infrastructure Projects in Afghanistan

Disruptive Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd., as a subcontractor to SiCon International, is providing third-party monitoring services to the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) for their infrastructure projects. These projects are spread over 22 locations in Afghanistan. The services include quality assurance, coordination and facilitation with the stakeholders, including de-facto authorities, submittal management, and the contractor's invoice management.

On the ground, the work is read at arm’s length. Monitors stand with the structure, look along a finished wall, and keep a written record so materials, workmanship, and payment stay in step. This visit is one of those quiet reviews: the building, the site team, and the hills of Afghanistan held in the same frame.
